Abstrakt
Artykuł analizuje wpływ nowych technologii i generatywnej sztucznej inteligencji na przemoc wobec kobiet i nierówności płciowe. Autorka pokazuje, że technologie cyfrowe najczęściej reprodukują istniejące struktury patriarchalne, wzmacniając przemoc wobec kobiet. Jednocześnie wskazuje na warunkowy potencjał emancypacyjny technologii, możliwy wyłącznie w sytuacji wynikającego z prawa i realnego wpływu kobiet i innych osób doświadczających dyskryminacji i przemocy o charakterze systemowym, redukowania dyskryminacji ze względu na płeć we wszystkich innych obszarach, stałym monitorowaniu tendencji, włączającego projektowania oraz systemowej edukacji równościowej i antyprzemocowej.
