How to Cite
Abstract
The purpose of this article is to discuss a study conducted on autistic members of the Star Trek series fandom and to demonstrate the relationship between the autism spectrum of the respondents and the characters they interpreted as autistic. In doing so, the intersectional theory and autoethnography used introduces a socio-political context relevant to the discourse on ASD and media representations of autistic people.
